Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.purelifelongevity.com (the "Website") and your purchase of services and products from Pure Life Longevity (Lorelee Scipione, PA-C d/b/a Pure Life Longevity). By using the Website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or make a purchase.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase services or products.

Services and the nature of care. Clinical services are provided by telehealth to patients physically located in states where Lorelee Scipione, PA-C, is licensed. Purchasing a consultation or service reserves clinical time; it does not guarantee any specific diagnosis, treatment, prescription, test, or outcome. Whether any particular therapy — including any prescription — is appropriate is a clinical decision made during your visit based on your individual evaluation. Care is intended to complement, not replace, the care of your primary care provider and other treating clinicians.

Scheduling, cancellations, and no-shows. Appointments are scheduled in advance and require payment as described at booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least24hours' notice. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments ("no-shows"), will be charged your $100 deposit.  We understand emergencies happen and may use discretion in genuine emergencies.

Pricing and payment. Pure Life Longevity is a private-pay practice. Current fees are shown at the time of booking or purchase and are due as described at checkout. We do not bill insurance. When appropriate, a superbill may be provided so you can seek possible out-of-network reimbursement, but we make no guarantee that your insurer will reimburse any amount. Prices are subject to change.

Refunds. Fees for completed visits and services are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error or you have a concern about a service, contact us at 978-225-3391 and we will work with you in good faith. Refund eligibility for any prepaid but unused service is described at the time of purchase.

Products and supplements. Supplements and similar products are sold or recommended through third-party dispensaries and vendors (such as Fullscript and individual supplement brands). Those purchases are subject to the seller's own terms, pricing, shipping, and return policies. Pure Life Longevity does not manufacture these products and is not responsible for third-party fulfillment. See the Supplement Disclaimer below regarding the nature of these products.

Affiliate relationships. Some product links on this Website are affiliate or referral links, meaning the practice may earn a commission or credit if you purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. Recommendations are based on clinical judgment and personal experience, not on compensation. (See the Supplement Disclaimer below.)

Intellectual property. The content on this Website — text, images, logos, and the Pure Life Longevity name and marks — is owned by or licensed to the practice and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Disclaimers and limitations of liability. The Website and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Life Longevity disclaims warranties relating to the Website and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or reliance on its general educational content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here limits any rights you have under the standard of care applicable to licensed clinical services.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. 

Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or purchases after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
